Every day
One list for the household. Chores repeat on their own, land on the right person, and show up as late when they are.
The day something breaks
Write it down once. Label every breaker, say where the water, gas and power shut off, and list the sprinkler zones. Tap a breaker to try it.

When someone visits
A guest pass is a link for the sitter or your in-laws. It shows the Wi-Fi and only the codes you choose, and it stops working when you say.

How it works
We send a 6-digit code. There is no password to make up or forget.
Name it and start with five common reminders. Add the breaker panel and the water shutoff when you walk past them.
Invite the adults and teens by email. Add kids as profiles. Hand a sitter a guest pass.
Your email is your account. Sign in with a code, then with your fingerprint or face on that device.
Adults manage. Teens check off chores and see only the codes marked for everyone. Guests see what you pick.
A door code shows only when someone asks for it, and the household can see who looked and when.
Guest passes and temporary people stop working at the time you set. You can end them sooner.
Free during early access. One home takes ten minutes.
